Fighter released on 25th January 2024, a day before our 75th Republic Day does evoke a strong patriotic sentiment in every Indian. Although the film is fictitious, its narrative is built around the Indian Air Force(IAF) avenging the Pulwama Attack(14, February 2019) and its aftermath. The film pairs Hritik Roshan and Deepika Padukone as lead for the first time ever. It also features IAF’s fighter jets such as Sukhoi Su-30 MKI, the Dhruv Helicopter etc.

This film breaks your heart as it brings to light one of the most vile traditions of the past. It is the debut film of Junaid Khan, Amir Khan’s eldest son.
15. Kalki 2898 AD | Netflix

Two parallel worlds collide when Ashwathama from Mahabharat and SUM-80, a pregnant lab experiment woman, from 2898AD meet each other. They both unite for a common cause of protecting the unborn foetus proclaimed to be lord Kalki, an avatar of Vishnu from the evil forces who want the foetus for themselves. With a brilliant cast, dialogue, storyline and VFx the film is truly a masterpiece that one should watch.
